About the Role
This is a Freelance role as a Business Development Specialist, with some remote work being acceptable. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for driving product sales by reaching out to potential customers and coordinating marketing campaigns. The Business Development Specialist will be working to develop targeted marketing strategies that utilize email marketing, social media, digital marketing and advertising initiatives, among other things.

Note: This job is located in Tangerang, Indonesia. Some remote work is acceptable.
Salary: Commission Based on Sales.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales and marketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create and implement marketing plans, work under pressure and manage multiple projects at once.
Experience with email marketing and social media marketing tools.
Ability to work with data, leverage research and analytics to inform campaign decisions, and use a data-driven approach to drive decisions.
Passionate about keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
Strong understanding of sales and marketing tools, techniques, and strategies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to think creatively.
Strong knowledge about upstream oil and gas market is desirable.
